Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Recoverly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Recoverly automatically responds to missed inbound calls to your business phone number with an SMS message and optional follow-ups. You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number, business information, and message templates you configure.

3. Fees

Recoverly is billed as a one-time setup fee of $500 and a recurring service fee of $250 per month, unless a separate written agreement applies. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Recoverly to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited marketing messages, and to comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from message recipients.

5. Termination

Either party may cancel the service at any time. Upon cancellation, automated replies will stop at the end of your current billing period.

6. Disclaimer

Recoverly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every missed call will result in a recovered booking or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recoverly's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
